Form privacy
Model requests and project reports are sent privately by email.
What we use
We use the details you submit to review your request or report. Both forms require an email address so we can reply to you. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or sensitive personal information.
How messages are handled
The website runs on Cloudflare. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and Spacemail to send and store the email. Form contents and reply addresses are not saved in the website’s database or application logs. Messages remain in the receiving mailbox for review and follow-up.
Abuse prevention
We temporarily store a submission ID, its status, a keyed fingerprint of its contents, and counters to prevent spam and duplicate messages. Rate limiting uses a daily keyed hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. Records are kept for about 24 hours, then removed by the next hourly cleanup. Service interruptions can delay removal. Cloudflare also processes connection and verification data to provide its services.
